Insights

Insights shows what FirstList does for you in one place: your public agent page, activity on your listings over any period, and the market around you.

  1. Log in to FirstList

    .
  2. Click Insights in the sidebar menu.

Your public page

Every agent has a public page on listings.firstlist.co with their brokerage, the cities they work in and their current coming-soon listings. Search engines index it, and no login is needed to see it.

Add your website in Settings → Personal information → Website. Your agent page and your public listing pages then link to it with a normal (followed) link, which counts as a backlink to your site. Visits from FirstList show up in your own website analytics with utm_source=firstlist.

Performance

Pick a period (last 30 or 90 days, year to date, last 12 months or your own dates) to see:

  • Listing views: views of your listings, not counting your own visits.
  • Buyers reached: buyers who received one of your listings by email, as a search match, in a digest or through a share.
  • Inquiries: buyers who used the Contact form, agents who contacted you about a listing, and buyer inquiries from partner sites such as Property.ca.
  • Shares: how often your listings were shared with agents and contacts.
  • Agent page views, website clicks and phone clicks on your public pages.
  • Partner site views: views of your listings on Property.ca and other partners since the listing went out.

The table shows the same numbers for each listing. Click Download CSV to keep a copy.

The performance report is part of the Premium plan, like listing analytics.

Your market

FirstList counts the other agents and the buyers whose areas overlap your work area:

  • Agents and brokerages working in your area.
  • Buyers searching: buyers with a saved search in your area. Engaged buyers opened a match email in the last 90 days.
  • New listings published in your area in the last 90 days.

The numbers follow your work area. If you haven't drawn one, set it in Settings → Work area first.
